Main Ingredients
1.5 litres peppermint crisp ice cream
500 ml toffee custard
200 grams coconut tennis biscuits
180 grams mint chocolate, chopped
30 grams fresh mint, for garnish
- Scoop ice cream into serving dishes and drizzle over custard.
- Crumble over biscuits and chocolate. Repeat layers and top with chocolate, biscuit crumbs and mint.
- Serve immediately.
