Quick healthy tasty kids meal

For a healthy option, use low GI or seed loaf bread.

Method
  • Cook chicken according to packet instructions
  • Spread 1 slice of bread with avocado. Top with salad and chicken.
  • Spread remaining bread with mayonnaise and place on top of filling.
